YOUTH MINISTRY AT GRACE

Our Mission – To provide a meaningful, challenging, and enjoyable Christ-centered program for the current and future youth of Grace, equipping them to live the Christian faith within their daily lives.

At Grace, we hope to keep a balance so there are activities for all; encourage youth to be involved in youth activities as well as the life of the Church, and to work together as God’s people to live out their faith.

Scholarships

Member scholarship program change

Prior to the merger, both Aid Association for Lutherans and Lutheran Brotherhood offered scholarships to members. These two programs have been combined to form the Thrivent Financial Member Scholarship Program. This program is for benefit members who are high school seniors planning to attend a four-year college or university or a two-year vocational/technical school. A benefit member is an individual age 16 or over who has been accepted for membership in accordance with Thrivent Financial's membership eligibility rules and who is a member owning a Thrivent Financial insurance or annuity product or who is a member and received a settlement agreement from such insurance.

Information packets for fall 2003 scholarships will be mailed in late November directly to eligible high school seniors who have birth dates between July 1, 1984 and Dec. 31, 1985.

If you have questions contact your Thrivent Representative, Mike Sullivan, at 421-1244.
